These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and it666 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the it666 website at it666.app, or using any service offered by it666, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the it666 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the it666 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who use the betting, casino and gaming services. Use of the platform by any person constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. it666 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the it666 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. it666 is not available to persons who do not satisfy these requirements, and any account opened by an ineligible person will be closed without notice.

You must confirm that:

it666 may at any time require you to provide documents verifying your identity, age, address and payment methods as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. it666 reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration at any time.

Account rules:

• Each individual may register only one account on it666. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts in different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. it666 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• All personal information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth or address, is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must notify it666 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your contact number, email address or payment method. You can update your details by contacting support at [email protected].

it666 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or otherwise disposing of your account — or any credits, funds or bonuses within it — to any other person is strictly prohibited.

it666 processes all financial transactions through approved payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits and withdrawals are handled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). it666 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account terms for details.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, but it666 reserves the right to apply transaction review for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. it666 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• it666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• it666 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits or deposits made by any anonymous or prepaid payment instrument unless expressly listed as an accepted method on the platform.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to fund your account where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but it666 aims to complete all standard withdrawals within 1-3 business days.
• it666 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where KYC verification has not yet been completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5 below. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable rollover requirements may not be withdrawn.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria for that specific promotion. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• it666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds not yet wagered will be removed from the player's account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account under any circumstances.

All betting and gaming activity on it666 is subject to the rules set out in this section as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before placing bets or wagering real money.

Sports betting rules:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time of placement. it666 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) bets are final once confirmed. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for cancellation of a confirmed in-play bet.
• it666 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict markets for any player at any time, including players identified as consistently winning or placing bets in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body or league. For cricket markets, the official results of the ICC, BPL or relevant national cricket board will be used to settle bets.

Casino gaming rules:

• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet size or account history.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect result or display, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Winnings paid in error due to a technical malfunction may be reclaimed by it666.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules displayed within each live game session are the binding rules for that session. it666 is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers within the framework of the game rules displayed.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. it666 will pursue all available legal remedies against players found to have cheated.

it666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment; it should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses or resolve personal problems. it666 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered account holders at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may request a short-term break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits or betting activity will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or permanent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the it666 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts in different names, on the same device or from the same household.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or undisplayed pricing anomaly to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point of interaction with it666.

it666 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Detection may result in account suspension pending investigation. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted until the investigation is complete. Cooperation with the investigation is required to restore account access.

All content on the it666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks and service marks — is the property of it666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the it666 platform without the prior written consent of it666. Unauthorised use of any it666 content may result in legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it666 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, technical errors, or decisions made in reliance on information provided by the platform.

Specifically, it666 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from interrupted service, platform downtime, maintenance windows or force majeure events including power failures, network outages, natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.
• Any loss of data, account information or transaction history resulting from circumstances beyond it666's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure due to a Terms violation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude it666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

it666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of fraudulent or unsatisfactory verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools or to the support team.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completed KYC verification. it666 will not return deposits or real-money balances to accounts closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms.

it666 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at it666.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

it666 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. it666 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

it666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, it666 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders by email or by a notice posted on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the platform.
